Vinification and aging
Selection of grapes with an extreme degree of ripeness. Manual harvesting in crates, washing and sanitizing of the grapes, soft pressing and partial cryo-maceration for 15 hours at 5 °. Long alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Straw yellow color. Intense fruity aromas. Balanced, harmonious, round, savory taste.
